Ok guys I
have a little confession to make today that I’m not very proud of – I was out
of the office all day yesterday sick in bed.
Were not
talking just a minor case of the sniffles here either – I was officially out of
commission, down for the count and crying for my mommy.
All and all I
was probably only awake for about 4 or 5 hours the entire day. The rest of the
time I spent bundled up in bed trying to fall back asleep all along cursing my
fate.
And being
that I’m a health writer and a self professed health guru yesterday’s bout with
sickness was demoralizing to say the least.
But that
doesn’t mean I took it lying down – well I did do a lot of lying down but I
think you know what I mean. I fought back every step of the way.
